Therapy Sessions
Presence, trust, and empathy are the basic building blocks to creating any healing relationship. In a society that doesn’t always support wellness, isolation, grief, and overstimulation are all too familiar. I aim to offer a therapeutic space where you feel seen, listened to and supported while discovering your authentic self.
My work supports those wanting to get free from the pain of the past and grow. I especially love working with “the strong ones” or those ready to recover from taking on more responsibility than feels sustainable. Maybe you’re a leader, woman, organizer, care/service worker, entrepreneur, or therapist who feels the pressure to “hold it all together” for everyone while having minimal space for yourself. I’m here to help you interrupt that pattern and offer a space for you to be witnessed and cared for. You are worthy of support and ease. Let’s refill your cup.
I value collaboration when determining how to spend our therapeutic time together. Whether you’re seeking a listening ear for everyday life, or wanting to get free from the past events contributing to current pain, I enjoy being flexible. During session times, I offer a variety of supportive methodologies we can explore, including supportive talk therapy, EMDR, IFS and regulation skills.
-
Because sometimes, we just want someone to listen.
-
Having difficulty moving on from something that happened in the past? EMDR is a somatic based therapy that can help us heal from those distressing memories. By using guided eye movements, we reduce the distress linked to these memories, making it easier to cope with everyday life and emotional challenges.
-
A type of therapy that views the mind as made up of different parts, each with its own feelings and roles. By helping us understand and communicate with these parts, IFS can lead to greater self-acceptance, emotional healing, and improved relationships.

For those looking to learn some ways to self-regulate when things feel tough. Mindfulness, nature exploration, breathwork, somatic exercises, guided imagery, grounding and relaxation are all things we’ll explore.
