Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow to ensure your comfort throughout the evening. The equine meditation will take place in a barn setting, so we recommend wearing closed-toed shoes. The sound bath will be held outdoors on a grassy hill—dress comfortably and be prepared for the weather.
